DESCRIPTION:Code Update Training\n\nIn accordance with the requirements of Act 45 of 1999 as amended\, the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (UCC) Review and Advisory Council completed the review of the 2021 I-Codes in 2024. The updated code provisions adopted will take effect on July 13\, 2025. To learn more\, please join us for a two-hour in-person training update.\n\n \nPart 1 - PA UCC Residential Code Update\n\nThis session will review implications of transitioning to the 2021 ICC base codes\, discuss PA legislative and RAC amendments\, and dive into some highlights of the new code provisions for residential construction.\n\nPart 2 - PA UCC Residential Code Update\n\nThis session will build on Part 1 by providing an overview of the most substantial changes between the 2018 and 2021 ICC base codes for residential construction.
